The singer, 19 years old, Maria Lucia Hohan dressed, took home the award for Best TV Actress for her role in Sonny Sunny.
Demi recently spoke with MTV about his next album.
"It's definitely [preview]. I wanted to thank my fans," Demi shared. "I wanted to show how grateful I am for the support they gave me with 'Skyscraper'. That song has been successful thanks to them, and I want to show how grateful I am."
