No stranger to controversy, Lady Gaga, was seen walking the streets of New Yorkyesterday in a transparent black dress that had it not been for the underwear she was wearing underneath we had "offended" to see how God brought to the world.
I think the Monster Mom left behind those demure outfits we saw him a few weeks agoand that many of us love to take up the bizarre.
