The divorce from Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian has filed a lawsuit for divorce this morning, after 72 days of "happiness" with Kris Humphries, reports TMZ.

And although the marriage only lasted a little over two months, not be seeking an annulment. Divorce is common, in which Kim appointment they had "irreconcilable differences".

Kim has hired Laura Wasser, an attorney who has provided services to Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel's ex-wife.

As is known, the couple has a prenuptial agreement, so Kim is assured of not losing their property.

The rumors of a split have been circulating for some time, but were stronger when the two were seen out to dinner earlier this week, wearing little or nothing happy.

It would be nice that Kim and Kris begin to return the gifts they received on their wedding day!
