Justin Bieber seems to be busy talking on his cell phone when out of the Z100 Morning Show studios an interview with Elvin Duran on Thursday (November 17) in New York.


The singer, 17 years old, looked very charming with a yellow and blue hat and a warm jacket, walking around the city.

Besides promoting his most recent hit album "Under the Mistletoe" Mariah told Justin Yeater, who recently withdrew the paternity suit against him.
