Selena Gomez plays with her new puppy Baylor during his lunch hour presentation of his clothing line Dream Out Loud in Los Angeles on Tuesday (November 15) afternoon.


During the break, the singer and actress, 19 years old, had the opportunity to chat with fans about the new Spring 2012 collection to hit stores next year.

Selena Ellen also stopped in to talk with the homeowner a lot of important things - like Justin Bieber's pants.

"I really did not stop to tell you that they are up ... I told him ... [but] she laughs," shared Sel.
